Returns and Exchanges

We understand that often sizes do not match your actual size, therefore we are happy to exchange your purchase with another item of the correct size within 15 days of purchase. 

However, at this stage we do not entertain refunds. We can however provide you with a voucher in the event you are unable to find an item of your choosing.

  • Sandals must be returned only if unworn, with tag still attached. 
  • returned with the original packaging
  • postage must be borne by the returnee. We suggest sending with tracking number.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We recommend that you return your sandals via a guaranteed delivery service, and/or obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach us. Then we will do our utmost best to ensure you are happy with your next purchase or replaced item. We will refund items only if we do not have your size immediately available.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

To return your product, please

1) Send an email to Info@isaerina.com advising us of

- your desire to return or exchange your product

- reason for your return or exchange

2) you should post via registered mail your product to: Flat 6008, 8F Cape Mansions, 60 Mt Davis Road, Pokfulam HK

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
